horizontal dimension of 399 px

right click & click properties

click details tabs

Scroll down to where it says image

If you have photos that don't fit this requirement you can edit it using Gimp and here are directions in HOW to do so

a tutorial in how to resize a photo & how to increase resolution.

click on heading "FILE" and click NEW
alter the width to 399 PIXEL ( not inches)
click on ADVANCE OPTION ( below width and height)
change the X & Y resolution a minimum of 150 dpi
click on 'FILE" & "OPEN AS LAYER" & find the pic you want to alter & click & open
click on heading "TOOLS" -" TRANSFORM TOOLS"- "SCALE"
click on the chainlink icon so that the chain links are attached,
drag the corner of the image in & out to resize

to develop a sort of Fan site for internet personalities
eventually make this site the most updated/current social media, all other social media as FB, tumblr , twitter and such to be their secondary inactive social media.
bloggers models would have t-shirts & such with their image on it where bloggers would get 25% of commission of their apparell sold ( after 90 day trial period)

25% & membership fee from their followers.( the date to start this is pending & TBA

the site is to be an agency for blogger models (models that are consistent in blogging & updating with self portraits and professional photos), as an agency we would find jobs for our models & getting % commission of what each assignment pays

Requirement ( after 60 day trial period) bloggers that fails to comply with these requirements, will result in deducted pay or termination.

retiring personal social media sites as (FB, twitter, tumblr etc)

because our goal is to eventually have a membership site, personal social media sites should only be used to redirect followers to your "Follow the write rabbit" blog

scheduling blogs ( blogs/photo updates/videos vlogs written ahead of time scheduled to be released in the future )at least 21 blogs each month, submitted by deadline every month

During 60 trial period Daily Task

each day you are to update all social media sites with various status update and at least 1 photo update ( photos are send in email as an attachment), the easiest way to do this is to send your photo or status updates as an email, you will be emailed instructions in how to do so.
